What time is the check-in?

Can I arrive before check-in time and park my car?

What time is the check-out?

Within 10.30 a.m.

Can I keep the room after check-out time?

Daily use of the room is possible for an extra charge, subject to availability

Are sun loungers on the beach included?

One sun umbrella and two sunbeds per room (regardless of how many people occupy the room) – are included until check-out time

Do you provide beach towels?

Yes, there is an extra charge of € 3,00 per towel, per change

Is the sunbed by the pool included?

No, it has an extra charge of € 10,00 per day – includes mattress and towel

Is the parking space included?

One parking space per room is included – subject to availability – until check-out time

Possibility of parking in the underground garage at an extra cost of € 15,00 per day

Is it possible to charge an electric car?

Yes, we have an electric car charging station available (service by appointment only, extra charge)

Is it possible to book a full-board stay?

We do not offer full board

From May to September it is possible to have lunch in our Restaurant/Snack Bar, on the terrace facing the sea, with an à la carte menu (extra charge)

Are pets allowed?

Yes, small pets

Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel (restaurant, terrace, bar area, swimming pool and beach)

Do you offer a transfer service?

Yes, our office is available to organise a transfer service (extra charge).

What are the opening hours and what does the wellness centre include?

Our wellness centre, accessible from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., includes: sauna, turkish bath, ice waterfall, multisensory showers and relaxation area with herbal tea corner

Massages and treatments, available by appointment (extra charge)
